These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website of Sparrow Holdings LLC, doing business as OG NRV ("Sparrow Holdings LLC," "OG NRV," "we," "us," or "our"), and your communications with us by phone, email, and text message (SMS). By using this site or submitting our contact form, you agree to these Terms.

SMS Terms of Service

  1. Program description. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from Sparrow Holdings LLC (dba OG NRV) to confirm appointments, send reminders, share property and transaction updates, and notify you of schedule changes.
  2. Opt-in. You provide consent by checking the consent box on our contact form or by otherwise providing your mobile number and agreeing to be contacted. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving our services.
  3. Cancellation. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP". After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
  4. Help. If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at nicholas@ognrv.com or 540.320.8000.
  5. Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  6. Rates and frequency. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency may vary. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
  7. Privacy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. You can read our full Privacy Policy.
